Purchase
We acquire RV and mobile home parks based on strict criteria, prioritizing investor cash flow and identifying value-add opportunities

Revamp
Next, we focus on adding value to the park with renovations and/or expansions. This process can take up to 2.5 years.

Withdraw
Our objective is to exit the property within 5 years under favorable selling conditions, swiftly returning investor capital and profit for future projects. Refinancing may also be considered with investor approval.
